Other Photography Sites -- Some are well known, others aren't. All are outstanding. This is the level to which I would like to take my photography someday.
- Tony Sweet Photography -- Proof that not all the great photographers are out West. His
book "Fine Art Nature Photography" is part of my library and a valuable resource.
- Dan Burkholder, Photographer -- His pigmented ink prints are unique and stunning.
Learning this technique is next on my personal list.
- Huffines Gallery -- Another top-notch East Coast photographer. Macro work and use of
color is outstanding.
- Noah Grey Photography -- An eclectic collection of photos. Includes some of my favorite
black & white work.
- Steve McCurry -- Remember that National Georaphic photo of a young Afghan girl with
the haunting blue eyes? Steve is the photographer and no one does travel photography better.
- Ash Creek Photo -- Portland, Oregon photographer Doug Gorsline's website. The
photos of the Cacade Mountains and the Columbia River Gorge are among his best.
- Radeka Photography -- Classic American West photography by Lynn Radeka. Both
color and black & white photos, plus great links and other useful resources.
- Edward Pierce Photography -- New England scenes in black & white. Masterful photo-
graphy, collector-quality prints.
- Transcendent Nature -- Stunning color work by Kurt Ross with photos from throughout
the United States.

Products & Services -- These are all suppliers that I have used, trust and recommend.
- Pearson Imaging -- 99% of my slides were scanned by Carl. A great guy who does top-
notch work.
- Melanie G. Snyder -- Excellent writing and editorial work, with numerous examples on
Melanie's website.
- B&H Photo / Video -- A good place to buy camera equipment, on the web or at their store
in NYC. Much of my equipment was purchased from B&H.
- Really Right Stuff -- Tripods, ball heads, camera plates and brackets. This is well made
high-end stuff. Not inexpensive, but the quality is top-notch.
- Acratech -- Their ball head is lightweight and rock steady. The design is pure engineer-
ing elegance.
